rose plastic’s MH-Pack receives the German Packaging Award 2015

rose plastic received the German Packaging Award 2015 for its new “MH-Pack” in the category sales packaging. Only two years ago, the company was awarded the German Packaging Award for its product innovation.

The Chief Executive Officer Thiemo Rösler was very pleased that the new product “MH-Pack” has convinced the committee this year. Just like his father Peter Rösler, who led rose plastic until the end of 2013, the development of new products is important to him. “We are committed to developing and implementing creative and innovative packaging solutions for our customers and markets,” says Thiemo Rösler. The award confirms that we are on the right track.
With its new MH-Pack, rose plastic has developed a high quality, stable individual packaging solution for manufacturers and end users of milling heads. The MH-Pack is intuitive and easy to open and close and protects users and products alike, according to the press release. The packaging will only then be removed, when the milling heads are safely inserted into the shank holder. Therefore, the product protects from injury caused by sharp-edged cutters. The MH-Pack also focuses on sustainability, as it can be used several times for milling heads and their storage. In addition, the packaging does not require protective caps or foam.
The German Packaging Award is granted each year for innovative and creative packaging ideas by the German Packaging Institute (DVI). Out of nearly 200 entries in six different categories, 27 concepts won the prestigious prize this year.
